2) AI-generated content

Portions of content on this Platform, including SB-AI chat responses and business reports, are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. SmallBizAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

3) Free and paid features

Some parts of the Platform are free to use. Paid features (such as full PDF reports, subscriptions, or one-time purchases) are delivered digitally after successful payment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Refunds: Because reports and content are delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are generally non-refundable. If you did not receive access to a paid feature you purchased, contact us at hello@smallbizai.in within 7 days and we will resolve it. Refunds at our discretion will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4) Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute, or reproduce paid reports or content without written permission.

Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious content through any form or input on the Platform.

5) Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, archetypes, reports, assessments, branding, and software, is the property of SmallBizAI or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6) Limitation of liability
