1) Not professional advice

Results are suggestions for planning and reflection. They do not replace legal, CA/tax filing, medical, or personal financial advice. Use qualified professionals for high-stakes decisions.

2) Free and paid features

Some parts are free. Paid features (like full reports or subscriptions) are delivered digitally. If you pay and do not get access, contact hello@smallbizai.in.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or automate the quiz at scale.
• Do not try to access other users’ results.
• Do not resell or redistribute paid reports.
• Do not misuse the service (spam, abuse, harassment, illegal activity).

4) Availability

We try to keep SmallBizAI running smoothly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.
