This page explains what data we collect on SmallBizAI, why we collect it, and how you can request deletion.

1) What data we collect

• Email (only if you choose to share it)
• Profile answers and your result
• Numerology inputs (if you use that tool)
• Basic usage data to improve the product (pages visited, clicks, device/browser)
• IP address (mainly for security / abuse protection)

Email on the result screen: If you type your email there, we use it only to send your result copy, password reset email when you ask for it, and account or service messages tied to that address. We do not sell your email. You can ask us to delete it - see section 6 below.

2) What we do not collect

• We do not ask for OTP, passwords, UPI PIN, or full card/bank details.
• Transactions are handled by Razorpay (card, UPI, netbanking); we do not store your card or UPI details.

3) How we use your data

• To generate and show your results (profile / numerology).
• To deliver your result by email, if you shared your email.
• To support paid features like full reports and subscriptions.
• To keep the product safe (fraud, abuse, rate limits) and improve quality.

4) We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not run ad-targeting using your profile answers.

5) Cookies (and local storage)

We use cookies and browser storage mainly to keep the site working smoothly (for example: profile progress, chat continuity, and basic preferences). We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts may stop saving progress.

6) Request deletion or access

To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email hello@smallbizai.in. Please include the email you used (if any) and whether you want data deleted or exported.

7) India DPDP Act 2023

This policy is maintained in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If you are an Indian resident, you have the right to know what personal data we hold, to correct it, and to request its erasure. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@smallbizai.in.

8) Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top will always show the latest version.
